Persons accessing the Paula Hardy Real Estate website subject themselves to and agree to Paula Hardy Real Estate terms conditions and privacy policy, as set out below.

Paula Hardy Properties (Pty) Ltd recognises the importance of maintaining a trusting relationship with our Stakeholders and are committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (from now on referred to as POPIA).   It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and store your personal information.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
