AITF occupied a property in Waterfall Point, Waterfall and their business was growing.  Expanding in their current location was not an option as they were also look at being more cost-effective.

They wanted to relocate to offices that were close to clients, suppliers as well as their staff and decided to find offices close to their current premises.

The uptake of offices in this area is strong making it difficult to find suitable office space that could work.  After several attempts, we successfully found offices in Waterfall Office Park overlooking the N1 highway.

AITF signed a 5-year lease with Growthpoint and took up 650sqm of offices space and upgraded the offices to suit their needs for the next 5 years.
