Project Overview
Priontex specialises in manufacturing and distributing high-quality medical textiles for use in surgical theaters, hospitals, and related products. They own two buildings in Roan Crescent Corporate Park North and wanted to sell one to put the capital at better use in the operations.
The A-grade quality warehouse with an attractive façade, two entrances for efficient loading and offloading, cross-docking capabilities, optimal ceiling height for storage, and a backup generator exemplified a well-designed and functional facility tailored to meet the needs of modern logistics and warehousing operations.
The deal was done quickly and bought by an investor from Ten Oaks Properties which has already been let with occupation 1 July.
The transaction proceeded smoothly, as the astute investor recognized the premium value of top-tier warehouse facilities that were in great demand. With some negotiation, both parties came to an agreement and the property was sold and transferred within 4 months.
